OK, I get it..
So with socialized medicine like, say, Canada. You get PPO selection without the upfront cost or the HMO restrictions. As a matter of fact, there is no co-pay with socialized medicine.
So, to sum up. Same service with no up-front fees.
eh, hey. Look at me. I am a snobby Canadian, We are too dumb to manage any health care so we tell the government to do it. Now when I have an emergency, it only takes 6 months to see a doctor.
